Alexander Fishenko is being called a spy, giving his guilty plea the opportunity to earn him 20 years in prison. The 49-year-old founder of a Houston-based technology company has been sending computer chips and other tech equipment for years.

His guilty plea to all counts saves him from trial, but three of his co-conspirators will be going to trial on September 21.
