There aren’t more violent sports in the mainstream than Football (American Style) and Soccer.  The fans are crazy, the players are crazy, and the coaches are definitely crazy.  In many cases, even the cheerleaders are crazy.

This collection on a Soccer Apparel website is very nicely compiled with several images and videos showing just how crazy the soccer and football peeps are.  If the level of quality of the fights are any indication, violence definitely sells.  Always has.  Always will.
