Free Stuff if You Have a COVID-19 Vaccine Card

No matter which side of the COVID-19 vaccine debate you fall on, we all love free stuff and that’s what we’re after today.

There’s an old saying that many hear upon their college orientation which is “if it’s free, it’s for me.” We see college students who are proudly able to wear different school t-shirts every day because they participated in events at the school and were given a shirt for their troubles.

If you have received the COVID-19 vaccine and have your card filled out with both doses, many businesses are offering you free stuff that can enjoy. Here are some of those freebies that you can get just by being vaccinated:

Free Juice Shots to Give You Some Nutrition

SO Good SO You is a company that sells juice shots that can give you just a quick hit of probiotics and energy. If you have received your vaccine card, you can sign up to receive a voucher to get a free juice shot. This is a cool way to reward you for getting this shot, whether it was a personal choice or a requirement for you to continue your work or education.

Kroger Employees Benefit From the Shot

If you work for Kroger and you’ve received the vaccine, you’ll receive $100 in store credit and $100 in cash for getting the shot. For most, this may translate to more than a full day of pay, which is certainly a great way for this company to reward its team. Petco is offering something similar with a $75 bonus to employees who choose to get vaccinated.

Samuel Adams Gives Cash for Proof of a COVID-19 Vaccine

Using the hashtag #ShotForSam, the first 10,000 people on Instagram or Twitter with a post that shows evidence of vaccination will be given $7 through Cash App. The evidence being requested is a band-aid covered arm or the vaccine card that you can show and share. You do have to tag the photo or tweet with the hashtag to qualify.

Coney Island Locals Can Receive Free Nathan’s Famous

Those living in the Coney Island area don’t have to take on the Hot Dog Eating Champions but can enjoy some of the tastiest hot dogs in the country. Those who come to Nathan’s Famous on Coney Island the day of the second vaccination will receive a free hot dog. All you have to do is show your COVID-19 vaccine card and you’ll get to enjoy a dog.

The Krispy Kreme Giveaway that Makes Doctors Cringe

Bring your vaccine card to any Krispy Kreme location and you’ll receive a free doughnut. You can have one per day in the store or through the drive-thru. Of course, this giveaway seems to go in the opposite direction of what the “an apple a day” saying would tell you. While doctors might not be too pleased with this freebie, it can be a great way for you to celebrate being vaccinated.

Aldi Employees Benefit from the COVID-19 Vaccine

If you are an employee of Aldi, you can get some pay for getting your vaccination. This company has supported employees who choose to be vaccinated by offering four hours of pay to those who receive the shot. Dollar General is doing the same, making it much easier for employees to make this decision and receive the shot.

Get a Credit with Drop Technologies

Would you like to get a $50 credit on your Drop app? If so, all you have to do is post a selfie with the hashtag #DropCOvid and then tag@joindrop while using Instagram and you’ll get a credit. This is a great way to add to the rewards you’re already earning through this app. Get more credit with your vaccine with a simple selfie.

Free Lamination of Your COVID-19 Vaccine Card

The card you receive for getting the vaccine is one that isn’t laminated and could get ruined if it gets wet or spends too much time in your pocket. The teams at Office Depot and Staples have the solution for this problem. Bring your card to them and it will be laminated for free. This way it will continue to look good for those times when you’re going to need to show proof that you’ve taken the needle.

You don’t have to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, but if you don’t you can’t take advantage of the free stuff being offered. It’s a personal choice, but keep in mind, if you choose to receive this vaccine, there are some great free items you can enjoy.
